With millions of fans currently following baseball's post season, some may not remember that this month once belonged to Hall of Famer outfielder Reggie Jackson, Mr. October himself.
Real Sports host Bryant Gumbel is kicking off the show's 19th season with a trip to Yankee stadium where he sits down with the 14-time all-star.
Known for his five World Series home runs, the 67-year-old Jackson introduces his new book, Becoming Mr. October. Jackson opens up to Gumbel, and gives insight into race relations during his playing days in the '70s and when he he felt like giving up.
"I took my time of breaking down or falling apart and got myself back together, because there weren't any choices," says Jackson.
