Creativist Issa Rae's stock is rising, just as a new episode of Awkward Black Girl hits the Web.

After the Awkward One made her talk show debut on W. Kamau Bell's Totally Biased last night, eager fans flocked to i am OTHER to see the premiere of Awkward Black Girl episode #4. For those who haven't been keeping score, Jay (Issa Rae) has had it up to here with her current gig at GutBusters and wants a change of pace. Ultimately, she decides to search for a new job, but just when everything is looking peachy-keen, Afro-sheen, her beau, White Jay, shows up and throws a curveball into the mix.
