What happens when you take two Disney startlets-turned-pop-provocateurs and lock them in a room together? Hit the break to find out!
The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards caused quite a stir that is still reverberating across the globe to this day. As former child star Miley Cyrus shed her teen-tween image for a more mature persona, MTV captured her pivotal moment in their upcoming documentary titled Miley: The Movement.
Based on everything that you can see in the clip below, the young Bangerz songstress is more than prepared to back up her claims of being "exactly who she wants to be." The video follows the new age pop twerk queen from her backstage adventure at the Video Music Awards to the recording studio (with Mike Will Made It) to just about everywhere in-between.
Yes, you saw the 20-year-old sitting down with VMAs vet Britney Spears, 31, in the recording studio. The two put in work for an as-yet-to-be released track. But important is Miley's conversation with the former pop princess about her on-stage antics, saying, "Everyone takes the VMAs so serious. I just wanna come out and shoot a hot dog gun. I just wanna have fun!"
To find out how that conversation and other events in MTV's documentary goes, we all have to wait for Miley: The Movement to premiere on Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 10:00 p.m. EST.
