Miley Cyrus has proven time and again that she is a force to be reckoned with. Since capturing the hearts of little tweens across the world as Hannah Montana, Miley has amassed a legion of #Smilers and haters with her new controversial sound and image.
"I think if people could see the details, they would know that this isn't just some mess," she says at the top of her MTV documentary Miley: The Movement. "Every decision goes into a bigger plan ... I'm always like it's a movement. This all has to be a movement."
