Keeping track of the latest clips from director Lars Von Trier's Nymphomaniac can be rewarding, albeit unpleasant, if you're not into the riskier cinematic arts. We've already showed you what the film's main character, Joe (Charlotte Gainsbourg), is willing to do for a bag of chocolate sweets, and Shia LaBeouf's creepy character became a "sex pest" right in front of our eyes.
Now, this clip, titled "Chapter 3: Mrs. H," finds actress Uma Thurman playing a questionable mother who chooses to show her children "the whoring bed". Von Trier seems to be causing quite the controversy with each chapter, but this is truly a film that we cannot wait to see.
Watch the craziness unfold for yourself in the video below:
The official synopsis for Nymphomaniac, finds self-diagnosed "sex addict," Joe, on an erotic journey from her birth to the age of 50 told from her perspective. One night, a charming bachelor, Seligman (played by Stellan Skarsgård), finds Joe beaten up in an alleyway. After bringing her home to his flat, he tends to her wounds while she tells him about her life. He listens intently as Joe explains her life over the next eight chapters, which recount the branched-out and multifaceted story of her existence.
Nymphomaniac will be released in a "soft-core" and "hard-core" version, and will be released in Denmark on Christmas Day.
