Chris Brown has a new neck tattoo—and it looks a lot like a recently rekindled flame of his.

Looking at the new ink, many already think it bears a striking resemblance to ex-girlfriend & fellow pop superstar Rihanna. See below:

TMZ reports that sources close to Chris tell them the likeness is strictly coincidental, and that, "It's a random woman."

What do you guys think? Honestly, it could easily just be some female anime character as well.
