After coming off the high of 4/20, Wiz Khalifa's $1 million lawsuit just fizzled.
The Live In Concert rapper sued concert promoters It's My Party, Inc., earlier this month after his George Mason University gig was cancelled and he didn't earn a penny. The company then fired back, saying the Taylor Gang leader never signed a dotted line.
Now TMZ reports that the lawsuit has been dismissed, along with the alleged $85,000 plus profits promised to Wiz.
A judge ruled that no contract meant no deal.
