Wyclef Jean Admits To Being In Hospital When Lauryn Hill Gave Birth

Wyclef Jean has been making headlines with his tell-all memoir "Purpose: An Immigrant’s Story."

In a recent appearance on Sway's Shade45 radio show, the Haitian rapper opened up about his relationship with Lauryn Hill, even revealing that he was at the hospital when Lauryn Hill gave birth and his reaction when he discovered the baby wasn't his.

"[Lauryn and I] was definitely in a steamy relationship that everybody knew about," Clef said. "There was nothing in my mind to lead me to not believing that [the child was not mine."

He adds, "At the end of the day if you put it out yourself, don't nobody have to say about you."
