ZZ Ward Talks New Album

ZZ Ward drops by to speak on her influences, on her unique blues and soul meets hip-hop sound, her mixtape and the hope that her music empowers those who listen.

"I would say that I grew up listening to a lot of hip hop and a lot of blues. Those two kinds of music were just kind of what I really liked and what made me feel good. So I think my album is a combination of, you know, blues and hip-hop," ZZ Ward explains.
