Taye Diggs, Lenny Kravitz, Rosario Dawson, Eve, Mekhi Phifer, Gabrielle Union To Present At The Second Annual "VIBE AWARDS ON UPN," On Tuesday, Nov. 16 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) On UPN Vibe magazine and UPN announced today that Taye Diggs, Lenny Kravitz, Rosario Dawson, Kristen Bell, Eve, Mekhi Phifer, Gabrielle Union, Jenny McCarthy, and Gary Dourdan are among the stars to present at the the second annual VIBE AWARDS ON UPN, hosted by LL Cool J with Tyra Banks. This two-hour special event dedicated to celebrating innovation, cutting-edge presentation and genre-expanding work in urban music will be broadcast Tuesday, Nov. 16 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on UPN. Dr. Dre, one of the most influential and prolific producers and performers, will receive the Vibe Legend Award for his lifetime contributions to the world of hip hop music. As part of the special tribute, his next protégé, The Game, will perform. Previously announced performers include Nelly, Alicia Keys, Ashanti, Snoop Dogg with Pharrrell, Jadakiss with Anthony Hamilton, and Elephant Man, Beenie Man & Kevin Lyttle. Award presented will include Best R&B Song, R&B Voice of the Year, Next Award, Street Anthem, Club Banger of the Year, and the Boomshot Award (honoring excellence in Caribbean music). Fans can log on to vibe.com/awards to vote for the Livest City Award. The show will be taped on Monday, Nov. 15 at the Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport. The VIBE AWARDS ON UPN is a production of Vibe magazine, Flavor Unit Television Entertainment and White Cherry Entertainment.
