His collaborative effort with Wiz Khalifa, “How Fly”, generated a great deal of attention towards the New Orleans MC. The tape’s melodic and relaxing tone made it a perennial success amongst weed smokers. While Curren$y’s biggest commercial success came with Young Money (Where Da Cash At?), it is evident that he has no regrets. Through working under his own business intellect, Curren$y operates as an esteemed member of the Jet Life. Weekend at Burnie’s, his sixth studio album is set to release June 28th, 2011. Also look out for Pilot Talk III to drop sometime this year.
