Last summer, Drake’s wildly popular debut album Thank Me Later took hip-hop by storm. The pride of Toronto, Canada, Drizzy captivated audiences during Weezy’s hiatus through an unorthodox flow, unique lyrical abilities, and a surprisingly soothing singing voice. However, after his sudden blow-up from Degrassi actor to a globally recognized chart-topper, Drake has remained relatively quiet. But don’t fret, Young Money’s go-to artist has some new material in the works—“saying I ain’t drop shit / everything will be fine”.
