Eminem

Eminem’s shut-down Bonnaroo performance could not have come at a better time. Just days after the Detroit rapper stole the show at the Tennessee music festival, his latest project, Hell: The Sequel, was released on ITunes. In a collaborative effort with former D12 member Royce da 5’9”, the two Motor City natives have dubbed themselves Bad Meets Evil. After working together on Em’s Slim Shady LP, the duo had a falling out of sorts. In squashing their beef, Slim and Royce have created a refreshing sound—quick and creative rhyming with the occasional humorous twist. The video for their first single Fast Lane has amassed upwards of 4,000,000 views in less than a week. The 8 Mile star is also in line for another cinematic project. In fact, it is rumored that Director Antoine Fuqua (Training Day) has ditched his duties heading a 2Pac biopic in order to direct Eminem in Southpaw: where Mr. Mathers will portray a welterweight boxer. Looks like Em is making some serious moves this summer.
