Fun Fact: Ejogo began her acting career by appearing in a music video when she was eight years old. She also used to co-host the children's series "Saturday Disney" in the UK in the early 1990's.
Claim to Fame: Ejogo stared in the miniseries “Sally Hemmings: An American Scandal”(2000) as Thomas Jefferson’s slave and mistress. She went on to earn roles in HBO’s “Botcott”(2001) and “Lackawanna Blues"(2005). She is also well known for her role as "Veronica 'Ronnie' Tate" in "Metro"(1997) alongside Eddie Murphy.
