Anaheim officials are investigating an assault case that may involve singer Chris Brown.
A girl by the name of Deanna Gines filed a police report over the weekend claiming Brown had laid his hands on her at Heat nightclub in Orange County, Calif., on Saturday (June 22), according to TMZ. The alleged attack was said to have happened after his headlining set at Powerhouse.
Brown's rep told the gossip outlet they were unaware of the attack. "I’m unaware of the incident, as is Chris’ lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse. None of this makes sense," the rep said.
While partying in VIP, Gines says she was deliberately shoved by the "Don't Think They Know" singer and fell hard on her knees, resulting in a torn ligament that may require surgery.
After having several run-ins with the law over the past year that included a bottle-bopping brawl at WIP nightclub with Drake and a studio fight with Frank Ocean, Brown may land in the pen for violating his probation, stemming from the 2008 assault on Rihanna.
