Daniel Tosh Claims Rape Jokes Were Taken Out of Context

Comedian and Daniel Tosh went to0 far when he made an insensitive remark about rape on his Twitter account.

He is being accused by an anonymous Tumblr user for going overboard with his harsh words. The person claims Tosh made cruel remarks about the use of rape jokes and playfully talked about the controversial topic.

The unknown citizen also claims Tosh made these remarks: “Wouldn’t it be funny if that girl got raped by like five guys right now? Like right now? What if a bunch of guys just raped her…”

“Tosh then starts making some very generalizing, declarative statements about rape jokes always being funny, how can a rape joke not be funny, rape is hilarious, etc.” the blogger writes.

The host of Tosh.0 didn’t deny his remarks but in fact apologized for being taken out of context

all the out of context misquotes aside, i’d like to sincerely apologize

the point i was making before i was heckled is there are awful things in the world but you can still make jokes about them.
