Bleed Charges: None

Discounts
A. Agency: 15% to recognized agencies.

B. Frequency: Rate earned on total number of advertising units placed by parent company within the calendar year. Earned frequency discounts are calculated by page totals, not insertion totals.

Nonstandard Colors
A. Any colors other than black or publisher’s standard process colors—yellow, magenta, or cyan—will incur a noncommissioned additional production charge.

B. Special color available by prior arrangement. Contact your VIBE representative.

C. Special color in supplied file that is not contracted in advance will be converted to process without notification.

Special Units
All special units—supplied inserts, gatefolds, insert cards, and regional or split-run ads—require advance discussion with the production director to determine rates. Contact your VIBE representative.

Direct Advertisers
A. We suggest that advertising be placed through an accredited advertising agency. However, we will prepare your ad if you do not have an agency. Contact your VIBE representative for cost information.

B. Furnish copy and layout with glossy photos 10 working days before closing date.

C. Production costs are noncommissioned and will be billed separately. Charges will be quoted upon request.

D. Direct advertisers without established credit must prepay with the advertising order. You may also apply for credit. Contact your VIBE representative.
