President Barack Obama's speech to a joint session of Congress, scheduled for 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday, will be aired live by ABC, CBS, and NBC, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Fox, however, has declined, making this the third time the network has refused to carry an Obama event. Fox is set to premiere its latest cycle of "So You Think You Can Dance" and "Glee" on Wednesday instead. Networks reportedly sacrifice $1 million in ad revenue when preempting for the presidential events.
