Looks like Lil Wayne is a daddy again.

Actress Lauren London reportedly gave birth to the rapper's son on Friday (September 11) at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

According to Media TakeOut, the baby boy weighed in at seven pounds and 12 ounces, and was 21 inches long. Weezy is said to have been in the delivery room for the birth.

At press time, the baby's name was not released.

The newborn is London's first, and Wayne's third. He has two other children, each from different mothers--a daughter named Reginae with his former high school sweetheart Antonia "Toya" Carter, and a son Dwayne, who was born last October.
