Kanye West has finally picked up the phone and called Taylor Swift.

According to TMZ, Ye dialed up the 19-year-old singer right after her appearance on The View to apologize for the incident that left him looking-in Obama's words-like a "jackass."

This would mark Ye's fourth apology. Last night, the rapper appeared on the Jay Leno show to apologize for the incident, and said he "just [needs to] take some time off and just analyze how I'm going to make it through the rest of this life." Prior, he apologized twice on his blog, www.kanyeuniversecity.com.
