Chris Brown says he's not to blame for the paparazzi incident at LA Fitness club last May.

Robert Rosen has accused Brown of going Mike Tyson on him at the fitness club after Rosen attempted to take pictures of the singer after his physical altercation with Rihanna. According to TMZ, Rosen claimed that he was chased by Brown's bodyguards, fell down a flight of stairs at the gym, and was given a beatdown.

Prior to the scuffle, Rosen was attempting to take pictures of Brown and his friends playing basketball. Rosen seeks damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress negligence, and several other claims.

Brown filed papers Monday, stating he has nothing to do with Rosen's traumatic experience, TMZ reports. In the papers, Brown is also requesting to not have anything to do with whatever amount of money Rosen might ask for, should he get a judgment. --Linda Hobbs
