J. Lo's ex-husband wants to take his ex-wife's movie star status to a whole 'nother level: by releasing a video of the former couple's honeymoon.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has granted Jennifer Lopez a temporary restraining order to stop the release of intimate home videos from 1997. Lopez' ex, Ojani Noa, is planning to release a movie entitled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J. Lo and Ojani Noa Story, which Lopez attorney claimed in court documents included the actress and singer in "sexual situations." Lopez, who reportedly got a confidentiality agreement with Noa years ago, is suing for breach of contract and seeking $10 million in damages. In court documents, Lopez says she's suffered "shame, mortification, hurt feelings, embarrassment, (and) humiliation."

According to the New York Daily News, Noa originally threatened to release a tell-all book, accusing Lopez of cheating on him with her current husband Marc Anthony, in 2007 but a judge killed his plans due to the confidentiality agreement.

A hearing is planned today to determine if the restraining order for the intimate footage needs to be extended. -Linda Hobbs
