Though he's crafted mainstream hits for his ex-Menudo mate Ricky Martin, Robi Draco Rosa is about as antipop as they come. Mad Love, his first English solo album of new material, bares the soul of a spontaneous, dark poet. On the lounge-ready "Dancing in the Rain," Rosa sings with the soft raspiness of a man who's inhaled Baudelaire verses under the San Juan moon.
