Russell Simmons Protecting Hip Hop Community's Rights of Free Speech

Russell Simmons, Dr. Benjamin Chavis and the Hip Hop Summit Action Network filed a complaint against the New York Temporary State Commission on Lobbying, charging they violated the claimants' First Amendment Rights. Simmons feels he has a fundamental right to speak on the issue and plans on continuing.
