Pharrell and Neptunes: Steal Top Spots, and Hits?

Last week, SOHH.com published an interview with 18-year-old Joseph Zakoni, who accused The Neptunes of illegally copying tracks he submitted to them. This week, a 29-year-old Texas producer claims the same was done to him. Both men allege neither credit nor royalties have been paid to them.
