Eminem Sues Apple

Eminem's not giving up endorsements for free. He's filed suit against Apple Computer, MTV, and the advertsing agency TBWA/Chiat/Day for using his hit song "Lose Yourself" in an iTunes music store commercial that appeared on MTV last year. The lawsuit, filed by the rapper's publishing company Eight Mile Style, states that the song was used without permission and that Eminem never endorses any commercial products. It further states that such endorsements would require payment in excess of $10m. That's definitely how you get paid.
