Turk Catches A Hot Case
Hot Boys rapper Turk (real name Tab Virgil, Jr.) was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder for shooting two deputies who were searching an apartment for heroin. There were two other men with the rapper in the apartment when cops showed up to serve a drug warrant, but both were released after questioning. According to Memphis’ News Channel 3, cops found marijuana, another unknown substance, drug paraphernalia covered with heroin residue, and a 9mm gun. Already wanted back home in New Orleans for a probation violation, Turk will remain on lockdown in Memphis, Tenn., unless he posts the $1million bail. Turk told News Channel 3, “Shooting a police I'm not with that… I'm against that, I've never shot a police. I've never owned a gun, never seen a gun.”
