Millionaire mogul P. Diddy is giving high-end fashion a hip hop makeover. The dapper Diddy, who is making moves to turn his five-year-old fashion label into “the urban Ralph Lauren,” has just aligned himself with New York fashion phoenix, Zac Posen. The union between the 24-year-old white designer and Puff’s urban oriented Sean John is just one example of hip hop’s leap into the mainstream. Earlier this year, Liz Claiborne bought Enyce for $114 million and Kellwood Corp. took control of Phat Farm, for $140 million. Diddy is also discussing a fragrance deal with Estee Lauder.
