Andre 3000 Developing Cartoon
Andre 3000 of Outkast is in talks with the Cartoon Network to develop a cartoon for the cable channels Adult Swim block. Still in development, the project may highlight the rapper's life or possibly his alter ego, Johnny Vulture, the guitar-playing wildman seen in the video for "Hey Ya!" Also an illustrator, Andre 3000 is expected to bring much creative insight to the project and is also expected to contribute music.
