Janet Jackson Tells Stalker to Back Off

Another member of the Jackson family is having some troubles of her own this week. Janet Jackson got a restraining order on Thursday against a man she claims has been harassing her for the past nine years, according to The Associated Press. The man, Robert Gardner, will have to maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from Jackson for the next three years. Gardner claims he has to talk to Jackson about some business matters and told the judge: "We do have a little personal contact… I do not want to be considered a stalker."
