Sample Clearances Delay Fat Joe Album

Atlantic Records has pushed back the release date of Fat Joe's new album, All or Nothing, from April 26 to May 24 due to uncleared samples on two of the album's tracks. Theoretically, Joe could have trimmed the cuts from the final tracklisting and made the original release date, but obviously the tracks are important enough that he wanted to make sure they reached the public. Atlantic announced the change in release date with an email titled, "The Real Massacre Begins May 24th." Meanwhile, 50 Cent's The Massacre spends its third week on top of Billboard's albums chart.
