Story Hour with Reverend Run
Listen up, children, Reverend Run has a story to tell. Now a father of five and a preacher, Reverend Run wants to show the family-oriented side of rappers to the world through a reality show that he hopes MTV will green light, according to The Associated Press.
P. Diddy suggested the show, which the Rev. says will help his mission to spread the word of God through rap, to the Rev., and said he would help him get it on MTV. "Run DMC were the first group on MTV that was black besides Michael Jackson," he told the AP, "so it's kind of perfect for me to be on MTV and say 'Look, rappers grow up.'"
