Kim is seeking $6 million in damages for false advertising and false endorsement, and claims that Cease has announced that the DVD will feature interviews with him and fellow M.A.F.I.A. members, discussing their involvement with Kim's trial.
Kim was convicted earlier this year on perjury and conspiracy charges for lying to a federal grand jury about her involvement in a 2001 shootout outside the Hot 97 office. Kim said she did not see her former manager Damion Butler, or Suif "Gutta" Jackson at the scene of the altercation, but Cease testified that he saw both men at the radio station with Kim.
