Today the Bad Boy, once known as Puff Daddy, announced that he feels that the "P" is no longer needed and hopes that from this day forward everyone will address him as "Diddy." In a press released statement, Diddy said, "I feel like the "P" is getting in the way of me and the public. From now on I will simply go by "Diddy." The music mogul has adapted his name before, however according to the statement, Diddy is now confident that this will be the final name change. "Martha Stewart recently announced that she was using 'M. Diddy' and it is rumored that Katie Couric has asked Matt to call her 'K. Diddy,' and we all know who is calling himself 'W. Over a month ago, New York Daily News leaked the news that Sean "P. Diddy" Combs would be changing his name, but no one knew to what. Would he change his name to a symbol like Prince?
