"How do you call yourself a human being knowing that you put somebody else through that pain?" Jackson asked of Spears - who recently gave birth to a son with Federline - in the interview. "That's a vicious cycle right there, man. We gotta break that."
Jackson noted that she and Federline, with whom she has two children - 3-year-old daughter, Kori, and son Kaleb, born in July 2004 - are still good friends, and that she has no intent of seeking child support from the former back-up dancer/aspiring rapper.
"Hell no," said Jackson, who has begun work on her first album. "I am a very, very independent woman, OK? If I wanted child support that's an easy procedure... All I want from Kevin is his time with his children. That's it, bottom line."
