Jamie Foxx Denies Romance with Eva Longoria

right The actor/singer told People Magazine he is not involved romantically with the pint-sized Desperate Housewives star, but was just being a good friend to Longoria's man, San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker.

"I told Tony I would look after her," Foxx told reporters on Monday.

The pair kicked romance rumors into high gear when they were spotted together at Mary J. Blige's Golden Globes after-party. Reports circulated that the pair were hugging and hand-holding throughout the event, but Foxx denies he and Longoria were canoodling.

Meanwhile, Foxx hasn't decided on a date for the March 5 Academy Awards. "I don't know yet - trying to find somebody," he said.

In more career-related news, Foxx's NBC music special, Jamie Foxx: Unpredictable, will air on Wednesday [January 25] at 8 p.m.
