Busta Rhymes in Los Angeles Avoids New York Police
left "He's (Rhymes) in L.A. now ... and is afraid to come back to New York and get served with a subpoena," the high-ranking police source told the New York Daily News' Sunday Edition (Feb. 26) regarding Rhymes’ silence over the Feb. 5 murder of his bodyguard, Israel Ramirez.
An Interscope rep told the Daily News that because of the shooting, Rhymes had to go to L.A. to finish the video to the “Touch It remix”.
Rhymes hasn’t spoke to police in over three weeks since the shooting.
