right During a press conference on Wednesday [February 15], Kelly said he is especially confused over Busta Rhymes' silence.

"Ramirez worked for [Busta Rhymes]," Kelly told The Associated Press. "I'd think he'd be knocking on the door. ... If your employee's murdered in front of you, you think you might want to talk to the police.

"I find it quite disturbing," he continued. "This individual was shot in front of a lot of people."

The NYPD believes Ramirez may have only intervened in an argument to protect Rhymes.

Although Rhymes attended a wake last week at a Manhattan funeral home for the 29-year-old Ramirez, he has still not spoken publicly about the shooting.
