right The ubiquitous talk show host has signed a three-year, $55 million deal with XM Satellite Radio to the Oprah & Friends channel in September, according to The New York Times. The channel will feature guests from “The Oprah Winfrey Show” and Oprah’s magazine, O, and will focus on fitness, health and self-improvement.

Allowing XM to launch a legitimate competition with Sirius Satellite Radio, which famously signed "King of All Media," Howard Stern, "Oprah & Friends" will feature a weekly Winfrey-hosted show (co-hosted by friend Gayle King), as well as guest hosts like Bob Greene, Dr. Mehmet Oz and Nate Berkus.
