left Bad Boy’s staff invited select members of the press to meet and greet their new artists, like sweetheart R&B singer Cheri Dennis, Atlanta MC Yung Joc, Babs and Aasim at Daddy’s House Studio in New York City on Tuesday night (March 28). “We have a lot of talented young artists and the music speaks for itself,” said Diddy. Cheri Dennis, whose single, "I Love You", has been on heavy radio rotation for weeks, hopes that fans will strongly support her self-titled album, due in stores on June 13. “I want people to say, ‘Cheri Dennis is really a great singer’” said Dennis, about fans that will hopefully pick up her album. “It’s a beautiful situation to be here with Bad Boy and I’m really excited.” Those in attendance also responded well to Yung Joc’s single, It’s Goin’ Down, off of his debut album, New Joc City, dropping May 23. Joc hopes his debut album can lead to a variety of different opportunities, including movies. “Being with Bad Boy’s new movement is a blessing,” said Joc. “I’m going to be able to spin off an array of sh*t over here.” Harve Pierre, the executive VP and General Manager of Bad Boy Worldwide might've described the company's new era best. “We have Yung Joc in stores May 23, Cheri Dennis to follow on June 13, Making of The Band and Eight Ball & MJG,” Pierre said with excitement. “It’s just too much music to put out. Bad Boy has a new, incredible flavor that’s resulting in hot records.”
