left According to Billlboard.com, that’s what California Superior Court Judge, Ronald Sohigian, ruled yesterday (March 23) in response to a lawsuit made by imprisoned drug dealer, Michael Harris, who is seeking for half of $107 million to be awarded to his ex-wife, Lydia Harris, who allegedly helped Knight start Death Row. Knight has been accused of evading his various legal obligations, including missing yesterday’s (March 23) hearing. "Enough is enough. It is time for a receiver and an order for contempt,” attorney Steve Goldberg, who represents Harris, told Billboard.com. “There are rules of court that should be obeyed and Mr. Knight is making a mockery of it." Dermot Givens, Knight’s attorney, reportedly asked Judge Sohigian for a postponement for her client (Knight), who supposedly wants to hire a new team of lawyers for the case, though he later agreed to appear in court for the April 1st hearing. This is rediculous how Knight is responding amongst so many legal matters. His record empire is totally at risk for his efforts. He needs to sell the whole thing over to Dre or something. A former artist can do more with that jewel of a company more than him. In the meantime, great music is at risk from a once-dominating label.
