left After once again stating that Cam’s diss track, “doesn’t really warrant a response,” Jay-Z, along with Nas, did take offense to Killa Cam saying that the shooters threw up the
Rocafella sign before he was shot in Washington D.C.
Jay said, “That’s just criminal. Like the suggestion that someone from Rocafella shot him, that’s just like…,”
“Snitching,” Nas finished
Hov’s sentence with.
Jay essentially went on to finish his thoughts. “It’s straight snitching. It’s not even dry snitching,” Jay told novelist/journalist
Touré. “But for the record, we didn’t shoot him. It’s hard to shoot someone when you do that (gestures Roc sign). I don’t know how you do that.”
Although Nas never said Cam’s name, he did add his two cents for the special show.
“Some of these artists that come at artists have everything you can tear down in a rhyme,” said Nas. “Like, just look at them, look at their appearance, look what they sound like, how they got in the game…the whole history of how they got into rap is a joke.
“I just don’t understand the nerve of some of these dudes.”
Their comments haven’t stopped Cam from continuing to go at Jigga. Cam recruited
Jimmie "J.J." Walker to impersonate the Def Jam President in his split video, "Lick It or Not"/ "Wet Wipes," shot in New York last week.
In the spoof video, Cam is seen taking girls from Walker, including a young lady made up to resemble Beyonce.
Dy-no-mite!
Despite Jay keeping his cool as of press time, he cleverly hinted to Touré, that he's not quite ready to close the door on retaliating just yet.
“It doesn’t warrant a response from me…
now though,” Jay said. “I’d just like to leave that possibility out there.”
