Hot 97 Summer Jam Lineup Announced, T.I., Busta and Mary J. To Perform
On Thursday (April 27) Hot 97 announced that T.I., along with several other notable artists are confirmed for its huge Summer Jam concert lineup.
right The New York City radio station announced that artists like Mary J. Blige, Jamie Foxx, Busta Rhymes, Sean Paul, Chris Brown, Mobb Deep, Three 6 Mafia, the Dipset camp and T.I are set to rock the stage in front of an expected 50,000 fans at the 13th annual Summer Jam concert on Sunday, June 4th at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Over the years Hot 97’s Summer Jam has had legendary moments such as Jay-Z announcing his planned ”Takeover” on Nas and 50 Cent’s verbal assault on Queens' nemesis Ja Rule.
Past Summer Jam performers include the likes of Jay-Z, The Notorious B.I.G., Diddy and Eminem.
Boost Mobile is partnering with Summer Jam for the third consecutive year.
Tickets for Summer Jam 2006 will go on sale promptly on Friday (April 28) at 10 a.m. EST at all Ticketmaster outlets.
