Kanye West and A Tribe Called Quest to Perform at 2006 Bumbershoot: Seattle's Music & Arts Festival

left As reported by Billboard.com, The Bumbershoot, which will also feature performances by Atmosphere and Scooter Jennings, is scheduled to be held Sept. 2-4 at the Seattle Center. The event will also include non-musical attractions such as a poster art fair, readings from authors and two comedy stages. "We're committed to the arts on the whole," Michele Scoleri, Bumbershoot’s artistic director told Billboard.com. “A Bumbershoot day pass gets you access to 20 music and arts venues a day, and usually costs about half the price of an average concert ticket.” Tickets for the event go on sale July 15 and can be purchased by logging on to www.Bumbershoot.org and/or Ticketmaster.
