Michael Jackson Signs Exclusive Recording Deal, Album to be Released in 2007
left According to Billboard.com, the King of Pop has signed an exclusive recording agreement with the Bahrain-based Two Seas Records, a joint venture between Jackson and ruler Abdulla Hamad Al-Khalifa.
"I am incredibly excited about my new venture and I am enjoying being back in the studio making music," Jackson, who has been residing in Bahrain since his June 2005 acquittal on child molestation, told Billboard.com.
Although it doesn’t have a title as of yet, Jackson’s new album is tentatively scheduled for a late 2007 release.
In related news, in a recent trip to the Persian Gulf Nation, DJ Whoo Kid disclosed that in a chance meeting with Jackson, the King of Pop expressed interest in not only working with 50 Cent, but Kanye West, on his next album.
Jackson’s last studio project, 2001’s Invincible, sold more than two million copies in the United States alone.

The man is an absolute Legend...this word is over-used but in this instance it's justified! Enough artists are extremely derivative but Michael created his own style and grasp on and in the music industry. Not only is he probably the best entertainer ever in the business alongside people such as, sinatra, elvis and mercury but he has an immense voice! So glad that he's back; he's an idol, a genius and as mentioned a living legend! All this stuff about his trial proves his character aswell. He's stood back up again after being crippled by the US media, stuck his chest out and is doing what he does best. None of this comeback has been malicious or arrogant towards anyone either. The man's immense...WE LOVE YOU MJ!x
