The
Detroit Free Press said that a toxicology report of Proof showed that he had an 0.32 percent blood-alcohol content, when he died. The 0.32 registering is more than three times higher than the level at which a person can be convicted for drunken driving.
The toxicology report for
Keith Bender, the man that Proof allegedly shot on the night of April 11, likely won't be ready for another three weeks, authorities estimated to the
Free Press, Tuesday (May 2).
right In related news, attorneys for Bender’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Proof’s estate on Monday (May 1). The basis for the wrongful death suit is that police say Bender was shot by Proof before the
D12 rapper was killed.
Mario Etheridge, the alleged shooter of Proof, could get up to nine years in prison if found guilty.
