Eminem’s publishing companies reached an amicable agreement against one of the five companies that they filed a lawsuit against.

Eight Mile Style and
Martin Affiliated - filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court against five companies that were allegedly illegally trying to sell the
Grammy Award-winner’s songs as ring tones. The lawsuit sought an order to prevent the companies from illegally distributing Em’s song ring tones on the Internet.
Last week, representatives for the MC reached an undisclosed settlement with the Colorado-based
Cellus US, one of the companies accused.
Cellus has agreed to stop distributing Em’s ring tones.
