On Monday (June 19), U.S. District Judge
Florence-Marie Cooper decided to push back the retrial to Jan. 16 to give Wallace family attorneys more time to get information from the defense.
right Monday’s announcement comes after Cooper already ordered Los Angeles to pay $1.1 million in legal fees to the rapper’s family.
The Wallace family’s lawsuit claims that crooked police officers were involved in murder of the Notorious B.I.G.
Christopher Wallace aka The Notorious B.I.G., arguably the greatest MC of all time, was murdered on March 9, 1997 at the
Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.
