Assault Complaint Against Eminem Dropped
The 48-year-old, who simply identified himself as Miad J., said he was in the bathroom of Detroit’s club Cheetah on early Thursday morning (July 13), when Eminem and his entourage came in.
right As words were reportedly exchanged between another man and the rap superstar's entourage, J. asked Em’s bodyguards to leave the man alone. At that point, J. alleged that Eminem hit him in the face about five times.
J. told the local WXYZ-TV station news that he was just in the bathroom, minding his own business and taking a leak, when the incident occurred.
However, as Detroit Police then started a brief investigation into the matter, J. withdrew his complaint over the weekend. Eminem was never formally charged with any crime. In addition, police never named any suspects in the alleged attack.
