DMX Turns Down Plea Bargain in Traffic Case

"I don't feel good about this at all. It's not fair -- $25,000 for traffic tickets? Come on. Let's keep it real," X told the White Plains Journal today. right When X, whose real name is Earl Simmons, made the $25,000 comment, he was referring to the bail set by a judge that led to the wild rapper spending the night in Westchester County Jail on June 30. In addition to having his White Plains case adjourned, Simmons is scheduled to appear in Harrison Town Court on Aug. 29, where he pleaded innocent to driving on the shoulder of the road to roll by traffic.
